whole SDKs arent needed just .NET Runtimes are fine and your packages seem outdated. download the latest one from Microsofts website

if youve installed the latest dotnet, remove it install 5.0 and then follow up it with latest 6.0 dotnet. restart your device once and it should fix your issue

since its external it only works in borderless/windowed mode.

The vanilla Orbwalker doesn't have " Combos ". Check the modules tab for Champion scripts/combo modules.

Run League in borderless Mode

try deleting the settings file in installed oasys folder , see if it fixes
