In regards to spell cooldown tracking, we regret to inform you that due to Riot's efforts to address abuse, we will no longer provide "official" support for this feature. However, I personally will develop a module to offer "unofficial" support. Please note that this module may not fully replicate the functionality it had before, but it will be partially functional. We are also pleased to announce that we have reinstated the Free User Policy, which had been disabled in the past due to misuse by a select number of users. As a free user, you are now permitted to play up to two match-made games within a 24-hour period. However, please be aware that custom games and practice tool are exempt from this policy and can be used without any limitations for testing purposes and more.
